BACK ONE Workout

Back workout that stresses the width and thickness of the back development.  Greg takes you through 12 exercises that vary in a duel purpose of growth split into thickness and width.  Perform 3 sets per exercise with no more then a minute and a half rest between each set of the exercise.  Back is crucial in posture and support in many other lifts as well as being on the major 3 muscle groups in the body, so when it is worked, the body releases greater amounts of natural growth hormone and testosterone to the body.  If you want that ‘Cobra’ style back, this workout will deliver the venom.
