- Greg’s lifting program module is the above 3 month calendar that after 3 months, it repeats after a week off.
- Click on the targeted muscle group designed for the given day you are on and select a workout from the list.
- Ensure you always do a different workout given the targeted muscle region and do not do the same workout twice in a row.
- On days where there are 2 workouts, it is best to split the day and do a morning workout and an evening workout, it is not advised to do the two workouts back to back.
