Each specialized move is categorized by body part and a complete list of exercises appears upon selection. Simply click on the name of the exercise and a short video will play demonstrating how to correctly do the exercise utilizing proper form. You will also see a beginning and end picture so you can visually check your form and ensure you get the maximum results from your time in the gym.
