SHOULDER ONE Workout

Greg takes you on an mission assault of the shoulders that delivers results tried and true.  This workout consists of 11 exercises, three sets per exercise for a total of 33 sets for shoulder dominance.  Greg also takes you through his shoulder litmus test, an exercise that helps one see the trees from the forest in your gym efforts.  Many people put the work in but never feel they can see their results, if only they had a picture of who they were before to compare to who they are now they would never ask such a question.  Greg’s litmus test is designed to see a quantitative result of strength growth to ensure you are on the right track.
